My client is very comfortable exercising her skills and personal agency within the program. It is clear that she feels well respected and trusted....She seems confident and empowered--I even heard her using a big voice to redirect the horse she was working with, which is a big deal. She seems very happy and glad to have the opportunity...thank you for providing this!
