FAQs

What is your cancellation policy?

  • If you cancel, refunds and make-ups are not provided. Once you sign up for lesson, we reserve that spot specifically for you and cannot fill it even though you are absent. If you are unable to attend a regularly scheduled lesson, please notify us as soon as possible by calling 508-744-6774, texting 508-306-8954 or sending an email to info@horsesenseability.org

  • If Horse SenseAbility cancels, all reasonable attempts will be made to notify you in a timely manner. In the case of such a cancellation, we will schedule a make-up lesson.

  • If the weather is inclement, Horse SenseAbility will conduct an unmounted session instead of riding if possible. If the Dover-Sherborn Public Schools cancel or delay due to weather, we will offer a make-up lesson.
